KB Components, headquartered in Örkelljunga, Sweden, are rebuilding their office premises and AirSon has been commissioned to design and perform the rebuild as a turnkey contractor for the installations.
The project began in the spring of 2018 and the premises will be ready by autumn. The rebuilding will lead to reduced energy costs for the facility, since the waste heat from the factory process will be used to heat the premises and preheat the facilities’ hot water supply. The principle of ventilation is going to change from the mixed principle to the displacement principle with ceiling-mounted air devices – a change which is going to contribute to a better indoor climate and an energy-efficient facility!
